Managed office provider Table Space has signed a long term Power Purchase Agreement with renewable energy company CleanMax for a 2.7 MWp group captive solar project in Karnataka.
The partnership will supply renewable energy to Table Space’s managed office centres in the state after commissioning, supporting the company’s decarbonisation goals and reducing the carbon footprint of more than 5 lakh sq ft of office space.
CleanMax has developed and will operate the solar project under the partnership. Table Space will retain the environmental attributes generated from the renewable energy capacity as part of its sustainability initiatives.
The agreement comes as enterprises increasingly focus on tracking and reducing emissions linked to their operations, including energy consumption from workplaces.
Table Space said the initiative will help provide clean and measurable energy solutions for businesses operating from its managed office facilities, while strengthening sustainability standards across its commercial real estate portfolio.
The partnership marks a growing shift among office operators towards renewable energy integration as companies seek greener workplace infrastructure and improved environmental compliance.
