To develop 7 lakh sq. ft. of high-end prime real estate across 6.5 acres
In one of its most significant capital deployments to date, Bengaluru based pioneer boutique real estate developer Krishvi Group, is all set to expand its residential portfolio in Bengaluru with an investment of INR 760 crores across key growth corridors in North Bengaluru. The developments, which will generate a gross development value of approximately INR 1050 crore will comprise premium spatial residential developments in Hennur and HBR Layout encompassing a total of around 7 lakh sq. ft. of prime real estate across 6.5 acres.

While the Hennur projects will be executed as an outright acquisition, the premium HBR Lakeside Residences will be a joint development project.
