Shriram Properties Limited (SPL) reported a strong operational performance for Q2FY26, driven by robust sales momentum and new project launches, while financial results reflected a temporary deferment of revenue recognition due to regulatory delays. During the quarter, SPL achieved sales volumes of 1.1 million sq. ft., up 39% QoQ, with sales value rising 55% QoQ to INR 685 crore.
