A 5.25-acre plot in Hyderabad’s Raidurg area has been sold for INR1,386 crore, fetching a record INR264 crore per acre in an e-auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC), according to a statement issued by the state-run infrastructure body on August 21, 2026.
