The Bansal Family, promoters of M3M IndiaIndia and Smartworld Developers, has announced an investment roadmap of about Rs 10,000 crore for FY27, targeting construction and strategic land acquisitions as its combined real estate portfolio crosses a Gross Development Value of Rs 1.28 lakh crore.
The family controls a fully paid land bank of more than 3,000 acres across the National Capital Region, of which about 26 per cent has been utilised. The group said it remains net debt free and fully promoter owned.
The two platforms have delivered 30.6 million sq ft across 34 projects, including more than 14,000 homes, while another 57.2 million sq ft across 40 projects is under development.
The group is also expanding its luxury and branded residences business, with a portfolio of nearly 6.9 million sq ft and revenue potential exceeding Rs 20,000 crore. Existing global partnerships include The Trump Organization, ELIE SAAB and Jacob & Co.
Beyond housing, the Bansal Family has built an 11.2 million sq ft retail portfolio and is expanding its presence from Gurugram into Noida.
Its latest push includes The Billionaire’s Block in Gurugram’s Sector 111, anchored by M3M Residences by ELIE SAAB, as the group targets rising demand for ultra luxury housing and branded residences.
