Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has announced that Alliance Sea Breeze, its luxury residential redevelopment project in Santacruz West, has entered the final phase of construction, with possession scheduled by the end of 2026.
Launched in October 2024, the nine storey boutique project features exclusive four bedroom residences and is among the first standalone luxury developments in Mumbai to use Mivan aluminium formwork technology, aimed at improving construction quality, structural strength and execution timelines.
Located in Santacruz West, the project offers premium amenities, including a landscaped terrace, gymnasium, air conditioned lobby, soundproof windows, video door phones and CCTV surveillance.
The announcement comes as Alliance City expands its redevelopment portfolio across Mumbai. The developer recently secured the Occupation Certificate for Alliance Eternis in Borivali West, while projects in Vile Parle East and Malad West are nearing completion.
Founded in 2010, Alliance City Developers has undertaken 19 redevelopment projects in Mumbai, completing 14 developments and delivering more than 1.2 million sq ft of residential space to over 700 families.
