SoftTech Engineers is set to host the NIRMANA 100 – Innovation Convergence on September 25, 2025, at SoftTech Towers in Baner, Pune. This event aims to accelerate the future of India’s Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations sector by bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, investors, and innovators.
The NIRMANA 100 program is a 100-day accelerator designed to empower startups with mentorship, strategic market access, and investor alignment. It focuses on six priority themes: Generative AI for design workflows, open Building Information Modelling collaboration, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality for field operations, sustainable construction materials, AI-driven site intelligence, and digital twins for net-zero infrastructure.
Nine startups will showcase their innovative solutions, including AI-powered inspections, sustainable building technologies, digital procurement, immersive property visualization, and smart surveillance. The event’s agenda features an inaugural address by policy leaders, startup pitches, panel discussions, investor roundtables, and expert-led mentor sessions.
