Paradigm Realty, one of Mumbai’s most trusted and fastest-growing luxury developers, has acquired Florencia, a 30-year-old residential building located at the foothills of Pali Hill in Bandra. The acquisition marks the developer’s third project in the neighbourhood under the Paradigm Marquis Collection, its portfolio of ultra-luxury residences. It builds on the success of Paradigm Superstar and Paradigm Green Acres, further strengthening Paradigm Realty’s presence across the Bandra-Khar-Santacruz belt.
Spread across approximately 1,300 sq. m, Florencia has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹350 crore, with an investment of around ₹80 crore. The acquisition further deepens Paradigm Realty’s presence in a market that has emerged as a key focus within its broader strategy for the Worli-to-Juhu corridor.
The developer’s expanding Bandra portfolio follows the strong response to Paradigm Superstar and Paradigm Green Acres. Superstar has established itself as a signature ultra-luxury address in Bandra, while Green Acres at Pali Hill has extended the proposition through a highly exclusive, low-density format. Together, these developments have strengthened Paradigm Realty’s presence at the upper end of Mumbai’s residential market and laid the foundation for the next phase of its Bandra strategy.
