PROJECT DESCRIPTION

£13m nine-storey tall YMCA campus is completed in Central Milton Keynes. The project is intended to transform the lives of young people in MK.
It will provide much-needed housing and employment opportunities and deliver real social value for those who need it most.

It involved toppling the existing 1970s-built YMCA facility on North Seventh Street and building a new high-rise block on half of the space.

The other half was used for a high-rise block of 250 apartments to be sold privately.

The new YMCA building consists of 199 apartments, accompanying offices, community facilities and commercial units.

Interior Options managed the design and fit-out of the commercial aspects of the building including the bespoke design of reception, storage area and moss wall and interior design and fit-out by Interior Options.
