The Asian School of Design & Applied Vastu (ASDAV) announced the formal launch of its global operations and the appointment of Shantanu Pandey, Founder and CEO of the international design and growth agency Tenet, as Director. The school has migrated its platform from asdav.in to asdav.com as it moves from India-first operations to serving a globally distributed intake.
Founded in 2024 by architect and global Vastu consultant Ar. Jasmine Ahluwalia, ASDAV delivers live online certification in architecture and BIM, interior design and applied Vastu Shastra, taught in small batches by practising professionals and built around working drawings, real budget constraints and site-based case studies. It has trained more than 500 students across over 25 cities, delivered more than 200 live sessions and holds a 4.9 out of 5 rating on Google, with learners in India, the UAE, the UK, the United States, France, Qatar, Canada and Mexico.
Shantanu Pandey Appointed Director
Pandey’s remit covers international market development, global brand and positioning, search and AI-era discoverability, programme portfolio and pricing strategy, and employer partnerships. Ar. Jasmine Ahluwalia continues as Founder, leading academic direction, curriculum and faculty.
Pandey founded Tenet in 2018 as a sole operator with approximately USD 650 in savings and no external funding, and has built it into a Dubai-headquartered agency with offices in India, the UK and the US, delivering more than 450 projects for over 300 clients across 15-plus countries, for clients including Nike, Microsoft, Gartner, Oracle UAE, G42 and Mubadala. His commentary has appeared in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, HubSpot, Zapier and Starter Story.
“ASDAV has spent two years proving something difficult, which is that a live, project-based programme can take an architecture or interior design graduate and make them employable in weeks rather than years,” said Shantanu Pandey, Director at ASDAV and Founder and CEO of Tenet.
“ASDAV was built to close the distance between what design education teaches and what the profession actually requires,” said Ar. Ahluwalia, Founder of ASDAV. “We have proved that in India. Shantanu’s appointment means we can scale internationally without compromising small batches, practising faculty and real project work.”
