The structure’s stepped form reduces heat gain, while shaded areas and ventilated screens minimize artificial cooling needs. The 9,000 sq m rooftop features 463 stepped platforms, accommodating up to 9,000 students. The building houses administration offices, an auditorium, seminar halls, library, and cafeteria.
