Nemetschek India, the subsidiary of Nemetschek Group — a global leader in software solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations (AEC/O) and media industries — has announced the appointment of Sanjay Kumar Singh as Managing Director.
In his new role, Singh will head Nemetschek’s Global Capability Center (GCC), driving operations in Hyderabad and Bangalore, while extending strategic support to Mumbai. His mandate includes scaling technology capabilities, strengthening product engineering, and nurturing a future-ready talent pool to accelerate the Group’s global growth.
With over 25 years of leadership experience, Singh holds a master’s degree from IIT Kanpur and has previously held senior positions at Cisco and Synamedia, where he advanced AI-driven solutions and digital transformation.

The appointment comes on the heels of Nemetschek’s inauguration of its state-of-the-art GCC in Hyderabad, reaffirming its commitment to India’s technology ecosystem.
