The fine dining restaurant Lipa, designed by Moshary AlHolaibi and Ilyas Davarci, has been awarded the Silver prize in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design category of the A’ Design Award. This accolade honours projects that combine outstanding creativity, functionality and innovation in interior design.
Lipa’s design embraces a striking contrast between raw industrial materials—such as polished concrete, steel and stone cladding—and refined luxury elements like artisanal woodwork. This dynamic interplay of textures and finishes creates a space that is both bold and grounded. Sustainability is central to the project, with locally-sourced, low-emission materials including real marble, E1-class MDF wood veneers and resilient fabrics.
