Domicil, the German luxury home-furniture brand, held exclusive design soirées at MI CASA in New Delhi and at Punjab Furniture in Karnal, showcasing its new festive collections for Indian buyers.
These VIP events drew leading architects, interior-design professionals, business executives and members of the city social elite. Guests explored the season’s key living-room furniture trends—natural wood finishes, fluid organic shapes and tech-integrated multifunctionality emerging from German design studios—offering inspiration for blending elegance with functionality in high-end homes.
At the New Delhi event, India’s prominent architectural talents including Saran Bhatia, Shivansh Aggarwal, Nakshatra Bindal and Kritika Juneja were present. Guests enjoyed champagne, gourmet savories and live music while exploring Domicil’s signature sofas and contemporary living collections.
The collections introduced at the events included push-and-slide sofas transitioning between low-back minimalism and full-back support, modular systems configurable as sofas, chaises, corner units, chairs or beds, and premium recliner designs with dual electric motors, USB-powered controls and bi-density foam seating.
As India enters its festive home-refresh season, Domicil’s new furniture offers motion sofas, recliners and fabric-leather combinations tailored for modern urban homes. Design experts suggest beginning with a statement sofa in warm neutral tones and adding rich textiles and ambient lighting for festive effect.
“The living room has evolved to become the heart of today’s homes where families unwind, stream content, and come together for celebrations,” said Manoj Kumar Nair, Country Head (Brands), India, Middle East & Africa. “Our festive season collections celebrate this evolution by presenting designs that blend comfort, innovation, and craftsmanship. By hosting design soirées in New Delhi and Karnal, we aim to empower architects, designers, and homeowners to elevate living spaces in ways that honor tradition while embracing contemporary aesthetics.”
With 250–300 new designs launched annually and a fully integrated manufacturing process—from leather tanning to final assembly—Domicil reinforces its vision of bringing German precision and elegance to India’s festive lifestyle market.
