K Raheja Corp, India’s leading real estate conglomerate, has launched I-GROW, a flagship learning and development program designed to enhance the effectiveness of Individual Contributors (ICs) across its businesses. The program focuses on building foundational workplace behaviors such as effective time management, impactful communication, accountability, and collaboration. Developed by K Raheja Corp’s Learning & Development team in partnership with Training Sideways, I-GROW combines classroom sessions, reflection-based discussions, and workplace application exercises as per a press release.
The program’s name reflects its philosophy: “I” for individual ownership and “Grow” for continuous development. I-GROW aims to empower contributors with the tools and mindset to take ownership, communicate effectively, and be future-ready. The initiative will reach nearly 300 ICs across the Group’s head offices, regional offices, sales teams, and project sites.
