Realty major Brigade Group has launched its new premium residential project, Brigade Lakecrest, overlooking Bhattarahalli Lake on Old Madras Road, Bengaluru.
The development, spread across 9.33 lakh sq. ft. under a joint development model, carries a projected revenue potential of โน950 crore. The project, comprising 604 premium 1, 2, and 3 BHK homes, received RERA approval on June 24, 2025, and is slated for completion by March 2030.
