Arnya Realestates Fund Advisors, an alternative investment management firm specializing in real estate, in partnership with Supreme Universal, a leading Mumbai-based developer, has announced the launch of the Arnya Real Estate Fund – Equity. The SEBI-registered Category II AIF will focus exclusively on the Mumbai and Pune real estate markets with a target corpus of ₹1,000 crore (₹500 crore with a green-shoe option of ₹500 crore).
The fund offers investors access to Mumbai’s high-growth redevelopment sector, one of the most resilient segments of Indian real estate. By targeting well-structured redevelopment projects, the platform aims to generate superior risk-adjusted returns while contributing to urban transformation.
Sharad Mittal, Founder, Arnya Real Estate Fund, said: “Our objective at Arnya is to build a disciplined real estate investment platform. We believe Mumbai’s redevelopment segment represents the most scalable and resilient model within Indian real estate, and Supreme Universal’s proven expertise strengthens this vision.”
Sunny Bijlani, Joint MD, Supreme Universal, added: “Redevelopment is not just about creating new homes, but about uplifting entire communities. With Arnya, we are offering investors a transparent, performance-driven platform while delivering meaningful value to residents and the city.”
Vishal Jumani, Joint MD, Supreme Universal, noted: “Capital, expertise, and execution must converge in real estate. This partnership ensures investors and buyers both benefit through quality outcomes.”
This is Arnya’s second product after its successful debt fund, further strengthening its real estate-focused investment platform.
