Window Magic, a leading provider of premium uPVC and aluminium fenestration solutions, has been selected as the key fenestration partner for the landmark Sarojini Nagar Redevelopment Project, one of Delhiโs largest urban renewal initiatives.
The project, led by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and executed by NBCC, will see the construction of 86 General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) towers, delivering more than 4,000 modern homes for central government employees.

The companyโs solutions are engineered to enhance thermal performance, support sustainability goals, and complement the modern architectural vision for Delhiโs new skyline.
Partnering with leading contractors Varindera Construction and Girdhari Lal Construction, Window Magic will deliver customised fenestration systems tailored for large-scale residential complexes. Spread over 107 acres, the Sarojini Nagar redevelopment is designed as a self-sustained ecosystem, featuring upgraded civic amenities, smart infrastructure, and eco-friendly design.
โThe project is a major milestone in Delhiโs transformation into a greener, smarter capital,โ said Manish Bansal, Director & CEO, Window Magic. โOur cutting-edge fenestration systems will play a vital role in shaping energy-efficient, sustainable homes for the future.โ
The redevelopment of Sarojini Nagar, along with projects in Naoroji Nagar and Netaji Nagar, is part of the Central Governmentโs broader plan to replace aging housing colonies with high-rise, sustainable developments that blend modern amenities with responsible urban planning.
With this mandate, Window Magic strengthens its position in Indiaโs large-scale urban redevelopment space, reinforcing its role in shaping the future of sustainable architecture and construction.
