WeWork India Management Limited has launched Member Services, a business services platform designed to provide its members with access to enterprise-grade operational support through a curated network of service partners.
Available exclusively to WeWork India members, the platform brings together business solutions across administration and IT, Human ResourcesResources, finance and legal, sustainability and governance, and marketing. The initiative is aimed at helping startups, SMEs and enterprises access trusted business services through a single platform, reducing the need to manage multiple vendors.
At launch, the platform offers services in two key categories. Under Admin & IT, members can access solutions such as enterprise mobility, food and beverage services, IT hardware, corporate merchandise and network services. The HRcategory includes staffing, employee wellness programmes, learning and development platforms, HR management systems, relocation services, executive search and insurance.
WeWork India said additional categories covering Finance & Legal, Sustainability & Governance, and Marketing will be introduced over the coming quarters. These will include services such as GST filing, payroll compliance, ESG advisory, ISO certification, digital marketing, public relations and market research.
Commenting on the launch, Karan Virwani, Managing Director and CEO, WeWork India, said businesses today require more than office space and increasingly seek integrated operational support as they scale. He added that Member Services is intended to simplify access to business-critical services through a trusted ecosystem of partners.
The platform debuts with partnerships across multiple business functions, including VTT Mobility for enterprise transportation, Offineeds for corporate merchandise, 1to1help for employee wellbeing, Welocity.ai for AI-driven recruitment, and Lagrange Point for executive search and leadership hiring.
According to the company, all service providers are evaluated against defined quality standards before being onboarded onto the platform, enabling members to access vetted solutions across critical business functions.
The launch forms part of WeWork India’s strategy to strengthen its value proposition beyond flexible workspaces by offering an integrated business ecosystem. The company currently operates across eight cities in India and serves more than 110,000 members through its flexible workspace network.
