Buyer-centric real estate advisory platform Propsoch has expanded its operations to Mumbai 3.0, strengthening its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) as homebuyers increasingly explore opportunities in the emerging real estate corridor.
The company said it will extend its advisory services across key micro-markets including Panvel, Khopoli and Karjat, offering independent, research-driven guidance to buyers evaluating residential investments in the region.
Unlike traditional brokerage models, Propsoch said it follows a buyer-first advisory approach, assessing projects across more than 80 parameters, including developer credibility, constructionquality, project efficiency and long-term appreciation potential. The platform aims to provide unbiased recommendations backed by market research rather than property sales.
Commenting on the expansion, Ashish Acharya, Founder and CEO of Propsoch, said the company seeks to help buyers make informed, long-term investment decisions by providing independent advice, market intelligence and end-to-end support in a rapidly evolving market.
Mumbai 3.0, also referred to as KSC New Town, is being developed as a planned urban region spanning parts of Raigad, Thane and eastern Navi Mumbai. Backed by large-scale infrastructure projects, improved regional connectivity and government support, the corridor is expected to emerge as a major residential and commercial growth hub in the coming years.
Propsoch said it has undertaken extensive due diligence on projects across the region and developed a long-term market assessment to support its advisory services. The company also plans to publish research-led reports and market insights to help buyers better understand investment opportunities across Mumbai 3.0.
The expansion aligns with growing investor interest in the corridor, which has been positioned by the Maharashtra government as a key driver of future economic growth and urban development. As infrastructure projects progress and new residential developments are launched, advisory firms are increasingly focusing on helping buyers navigate the evolving market through data-driven decision-making.
