Viceroy Properties has announced the next phase of its growth strategy after its flagship luxury residential project, Viceroy VISAVA in Versova, recorded bookings worth more than โน300 crore since its launch in March 2026.
The strong market response has prompted the Mumbai-based developer to accelerate its expansion plans across the luxury residential segment while entering the commercial real estate space and strengthening its leadership team to drive future growth.
The company said Viceroyย VISAVA’s performance validates growing demand for design-led luxury homes among premium homebuyers in Mumbai, particularly in established coastal micro-markets where supply of differentiated residential projects remains limited.
Founder and CEO Cyrus Mody said the success of Viceroy VISAVA has reinforced the company’s strategy of focusing on design, craftsmanship and prime locations rather than pursuing large-scale volume-driven development. He added that Viceroy plans to expand its project pipeline across strategic micro-markets while maintaining its premium positioning.
To support the expansion, the developer has appointed Jajit Menon as Chief Revenue Officer. Menon brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, strategy, customer relationship management and revenue leadership, and will be responsible for strengthening the company’s commercial operations and market presence.
Viceroy said the leadership appointment aligns with its plans to scale operations, deepen customer engagement and build a future-ready organisation as it expands both its residential portfolio and commercial real estate business.
The announcement signals increasing confidence among luxury developers in Mumbai’s premium housing market, where sustained demand, limited supply in prime locations and preference for branded residential developments continue to support new project launches and expansion plans.
