Delhi-NCR based Trident Realty has launched 199 premium residential plots in its sprawling 200-acre development, Trident Hills, in Panchkula, Haryana. The plots, ranging from 300 sq. yd to 680 sq. yd, are priced to fetch the developer around ₹1,200 crore in sales revenue.
The new project, ‘Central Vista’, promises a luxurious living experience with its 1.25-acre central park, complete with lush green lawns, an open-air amphitheatre, and a dedicated kids’ play area. Residents will also enjoy a reflexology pathway, yoga pavilion, jogging tracks, outdoor gym, and sports facilities like basketball and pickleball courts.
