A USD 60 million, four-storey inner city apartment project is set to transform Geelong’s suburban landscape. Austin Maynard Architects co-founder Andrew Maynard is leading the design team behind the Hope & Autumn development, featuring 56 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in two buildings at 51-53 Hope St and 66-76 Autumn St, Geelong West.
The project is being touted as a model for suburban in-fill developments, meeting 2050 residential dwelling targets. It’s been submitted through the state government’s Development Facilitation Program and has received widespread support. The development will feature high-quality finishes, secure parking, and stunning views of the surrounding area, making it a valuable addition to Geelong’s inner city.
