Sunteck Realty Limited (SRL), a leading luxury real‑estate developer in India, has achieved a notable milestone in its sustainability journey by securing a score of 78 out of 100 in the 2025 Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) conducted by S&P Global for the Real Estate Management & Development (REM) industry, as of 16 February 2026. The result marks a sharp rise from 59 in 2024, an improvement of 19 points, and places Sunteck well above the sector’s average CSA score of 30, underscoring its position as a responsible, future‑ready developer focused on long‑term value creation as per a press release.
The key drivers behind this performance, based on their weighting in the assessment methodology, include Climate Strategy, Human Capital Management and Corporate Governance—financially material sustainability factors evaluated under the S&P Global CSA framework. “Our ESG score of 78 in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment reflects the deep integration of sustainability into Sunteck’s strategic vision and operating framework. The consistent year‑on‑year improvement demonstrates our endeavours to responsible growth, transparency and stakeholder value creation,” said Kamal Khetan, Chairman and Managing Director, Sunteck Realty Limited.
Over recent years, Sunteck has invested steadily in green‑building practices, resource‑efficiency enhancements and climate‑risk mitigation, while prioritising safe, inclusive workplaces, employee skill development and community engagement. The company’s broader ESG track record includes a 2025 GRESB score of 99 with a five‑star rating, significantly outpacing benchmark averages. Additionally, its 4th Avenue at Sunteck City earned recognition at the International Asia Pacific Property Awards (UK 2024–25) in the “Sustainable Residential Development” category, highlighting Sunteck’s focus on environmentally conscious, adaptive assets.
