Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited has announced a strong operational and financial performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, driven by robust demand in Mumbai’s premium redevelopment market and a robust project pipeline.
The company’s total revenue stood at โน176 crore, up 44% year-on-year, with earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of โน50 crore and profit after tax (PAT) of โน46 crore. Pre-sales surged 126% year-on-year to โน257 crore, while collections grew 16% to โน106 crore, reflecting healthy cash flow and execution progress.
For the first half of FY26, revenue stood at โน237 crore, EBITDA at โน80 crore, and PAT at โน72 crore, supported by pre-sales of โน319 crore, up 50% over the previous year. The company maintained a net cash position of โน851 crore as of September 2025, underscoring its balance-sheet strength.
“Lotus Developers delivered a strong performance in Q2 FY26, driven by robust pre-sales and healthy collections. The company launched two landmark developments, The Arcadian in Juhu and Amalfi in Versova, which witnessed strong customer traction with a combined estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around โน1,000 crore. Four additional projects, Project Varun (Bandra), Lotus Aquaria (Prabhadevi), Lotus Celestial (Versova), and Lotus Trident (Andheri West), are slated for launch in the second half of FY26. In H1 FY26, six new projects were added to the portfolio, including Lotus Portofino (Versova), Lotus Sky Plaza (Oshiwara), and Lotus Odyssey (Bandra). The company’s ongoing and upcoming developments represent a combined GDV of โน13,000-14,000 crore, positioning Sri Lotus Developers among Mumbai’s leading luxury and ultra-luxury real estate players.
