Shradha Infraprojects Ltd. has acquired a land parcel and unfinished structure in Pune through its subsidiary Solus Ventures LLP for Rs 371.75 million, strengthening its presence in Pune’s real estate corridor. The deal supports the company’s plan to grow in western India, focusing on compact layouts, energy-efficient design, and community-centric planning.
The site is expected to feature sustainable development practices like repurposing the partially built structure, reducing construction waste and carbon footprint. Pune’s growth, driven by its IT workforce and improving infrastructure, makes it attractive for developers.
A company representative said the purchase enables “expansion in high-demand micro-markets while introducing development models that respond to evolving sustainability norms”.
