Swiss Bureau Interior Design & Build (SBID) has designed and built the new headquarters of AtkinsRéalis in Downtown Dubai. The 44,000 square-foot office is strategically located in Emaar Square.
The design focuses on creating a work environment that promotes well-being, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. The office features dedicated solo spaces, meeting rooms, breakout areas, an immersion room, and a lounge and canteen called “Le Café.”
Biophilic design elements are incorporated throughout the office to encourage employee engagement and connection. The workspace is designed to promote well-being, knowledge sharing, and collaboration, transcending traditional office spaces.
The office’s design and build were completed by SBID to support AtkinsRéalis’ ongoing business growth. The new headquarters is a testament to SBID’s expertise in creating innovative and functional workspaces.
