Pune recorded 14,234 property registrations in November 2025, up 6% year-on-year, with stamp duty collections reaching Rs 565 crore. Revenue collections increased 19% in the same period. On a month-on-month basis, registrations were up 12% in November, while stamp duty collections grew 7%.
The city’s real estate market remains resilient, with year-to-date registrations and revenues at a four-year high (1,73,578 registrations and Rs 6,675 crore revenue). Central Pune accounted for 66% of transactions. Homes priced up to Rs 1 crore accounted for 85% of transactions.
