New ‘Quick Service Depot’ Enhances Distribution Network, Supports Faster Deliveries
Polycab India has launched a new ‘Quick Service Depot’ in Amritsar, strengthening its distribution infrastructure in North India. The depot, spread across 15,000 sq. ft., supports the distribution of Polycab’s diverse product portfolio, including wires and cables, lighting, and solar products.
The depot enables faster order fulfilment and improved product availability for channel partners and customers. It reduces lead times, eases inventory pressure, and enhances service levels across Punjab and Jammu. Polycab aims to improve supply chain efficiency and ensure quicker product availability across markets.
Ishwinder Singh Khurana said, “Strengthening our distribution network is a key strategic priority for Polycab. The new depot complements our existing warehouse in Zirakpur, further strengthening our regional distribution infrastructure.”
