Premium areas like Vashi and Seawoods have outperformed the market average, with prices rising to โน28,300 per sq.ft and โน32,400 per sq.ft, respectively. Emerging nodes like Dronagiri, Pushpak Nagar, and Panvel show early-stage stability, with prices hovering around โน10,000-10,500 per sq.ft.
