Nathan Koh Interior Design, a concept-led interior design studio and renovation contractor, is set to open a new office in Johor, Malaysia, on October 18, 2025. The new studio will serve homeowners and businesses across southern Malaysia and Singapore, offering end-to-end modern interior design services.
The Johor studio will be located at Lot 10, Imperia, Puteri Harbour, and will provide the same level of expertise as the main studio. Nathan Koh Interior Design specializes in bespoke home interior design, offices, retail, and hospitality, with a team that brings 45+ years of combined experience. Their services include design consultancy, spatial planning, technical drawings, photo-real 3D previews, and on-site project management.
Johor is entering a high-growth phase, driven by the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, which aims to attract high-value investment and create 20,000 skilled jobs. The state has also become Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing data centre hub, with billions being invested in new capacity. By opening a studio in Johor, Nathan Koh Interior Design can position itself close to these corridors of growth and deliver design that matches the state’s momentum.
