Manglam Group has signed a Sheraton Hotel with Marriott International on the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway, marking a ₹350 crore investment as part of its larger ₹1,000 crore hospitality expansion roadmap. The 220-key project spans over 3 lakh sq. ft. and strengthens the group’s presence across Jaipur’s key development corridors.
The hotel is strategically located along NH-48, connecting Jaipur with Ajmer, Pushkar, and Kishangarh, and offers access to Jaipur International Airport and Mahindra World City SEZ. The location positions the property within one of the city’s fastest-growing hospitality and infrastructure corridors, driven by rising MICE, corporate, and leisure demand.
Designed as a “luxury box hotel,” the property will blend Sheraton’s global hospitality standards with Rajasthan-inspired design elements reflecting Jaipur’s cultural and artistic identity. The development is expected to cater strongly to weddings, events, and business travel Industry, aligning with Jaipur’s positioning as a major celebration and tourism hub.

The signing further expands Manglam Group’s hospitality footprint, with existing and upcoming properties across Jaipur’s key growth corridors including Delhi Road, Jagatpura, and Ajmer Road.
