Student co-living operator Livlit has launched Anugraha, a 91-bed premium residence on Gulmohar Road in Juhu-Vile Parle, taking its Mumbai portfolio to 12 properties.
Spread across 12,000 sq. ft., the 11-storey property offers a unisex co-living environment with a cafรฉ-style dining area, resident lounge, wellness room, rooftop retreat and designer kitchens on every floor.
The residence is located close to Mithibai College, NM College and NMIMS, with Andheri Metro and railway stations around 1.5 km away.
Founder Mayank Bajaj said Vile Parle remains one of Mumbaiโs key student housing markets, with the area catering to more than 5,000 students annually.
