Lashkaria Group has announced that its residential project, Lashkaria Indrasukh, in Andheri West has entered the final phase of construction. Located near Versova Metro Station, the development comprises two residential towers.
Wing A consists of 18 floors, including the ground floor, three podium levels, an amenity floor and 14 residential floors. Wing B has 19 floors, comprising the ground floor, three podium levels, an amenity floor and 15 residential floors.
The project offers 2 and 3 BHK Sky Deck Residences with private decks. The 2 BHK apartments have a RERA carpet area of 780 sq ft, while the 3 BHK units offer a carpet area of 1,100 sq ft.
