Vastunidhi Architects has been appointed as the architectural design consultant for The Flagship, an 11.16-acre mixed-use development in Noida’s Sector 140A, featuring Hyatt House Noida, the brand’s first property in India. Developed by IT Infrastructure Park, a CRC Group subsidiary, the project marks a milestone in India’s urban hospitality landscape.
The design balances commercial vibrancy with long-stay comfort, catering to business travelers, expatriates, and relocating professionals. Hyatt House Noida offers hospitality spaces that are functional, adaptable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
“The Flagship has been envisioned as a cohesive ecosystem, a place where people can work, stay, and connect with ease,” said Ar. Anil Bansal, Principal Architect, Vastunidhi Architects.
The architectural narrative is grounded in human-centered design, with purpose-built amenities like a 125-seat all-day dining restaurant, event spaces, recreational areas, and a fully equipped fitness center. The design balances warmth with clarity, contemporary aesthetics with timeless comfort, resonating with the Hyatt House ethos.
