Proptech startup Growthmind Enterprises, the parent company of Construction Managers and Interior Managers, has unveiled an ambitious national expansion plan, targeting simultaneous entry into 10 Indian cities by October 2026 while seeking to raise US$12 million (over ₹100 crore) to fund its growth strategy.
The Bengaluru-based company plans to launch operations in Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Gurugram, Noida and Greater Noida, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Indore and Surat, alongside its home market of Bengaluru. The expansion is aimed at scaling its Bill of Quantities (BOQ)-based project management model across India’s highly fragmented home construction and interior design sectors.
Growthmind expects the expansion to drive more than 125% revenue growth over the next two years, with projected revenues rising from ₹98.6 crore in FY27 to ₹225.7 crore in FY29. The company has also forecast a sharp increase in EBITDA from ₹49.4 crore to ₹176.5 crore during the same period, with both business verticals expected to achieve profitability in FY27.
Unlike traditional construction and interior contracting models, Growthmind operates an asset-light, zero-inventory platform, allowing customers to make payments directly to vendors and contractors while the company earns fees linked to project execution, cost management and timely delivery.
Announcing the expansion, Sanchit Gaurav, Founder, Growthmind Enterprises, said the company intends to deploy capital across all target markets simultaneously rather than adopting a phased rollout.
“The expansion targets a largely unorganised market. Rather than scaling city by city, we will deploy the entire fund raise upfront so that all 10 cities launch together from day one, giving both platforms access to the customer base, vendor networks and local teams needed to operate at scale. Through this model, customers pay vendors directly, and our fee is tied entirely to getting their home or interiors project completed on time and within budget,” he said.
The company’s flagship brands, Construction Managers and Interior Managers, aim to bring transparency and accountability to India’s residential construction and interiors markets through standardised BOQs, verified vendor networks, milestone-based execution and direct payment mechanisms.
Construction Managers positions itself as India’s first BOQ-based home construction platform, where homeowners pay labour contractors and material suppliers directly without lump-sum contracts, advance payments or mark-ups. Interior Managers follows a similar approach in the interior design segment, offering design-to-delivery services through a cost-plus model supported by milestone-based payments and factory quality inspections.
The startup is targeting a market opportunity driven by increasing consumer demand for transparency in project execution. According to industry estimates cited by the company, India’s interior design market is projected to grow from US$35.48 billion in 2026 to US$65.01 billion by 2031, while the country’s individual home construction sector remains largely unorganised.
Growthmind believes its technology-enabled operating model can address longstanding industry challenges, including opaque pricing, hidden costs, delayed project timelines and limited accountability among contractors and vendors.
The company said the proposed fundraise will support market expansion, technology development, local team deployment and vendor ecosystem growth as it seeks to establish a nationwide presence in India’s rapidly evolving residential construction and home improvement sector.
