Real estate developer GHR Infra has announced the launch of a villa housing project, TRIVANA, in South Hyderabad, marking its entry into the region’s villa residential segment. The project is located in Almasguda, Tukkuguda, near Exit 14 of the Nehru Outer Ring Road, and is registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG RERA Reg. No. P02400009860).
Spread across 5.61 acres, the gated development comprises 52 villas, positioning it as a low-density residential project. The villas are planned in four-bedroom and five-bedroom configurations, with plot sizes ranging from 239 sq yards to 304 sq yards. According to the developer, the design focuses on maximising natural light and cross-ventilation through east- and west-facing orientations.
The project includes a central clubhouse of over 15,000 sq ft, with facilities such as a gym, indoor recreation spaces, multipurpose halls, co-working areas, swimming pools for adults and children, and designated wellness and activity zones. Outdoor amenities include landscaped open areas, neighbourhood parks, play areas for children, and spaces for recreational sports.
GHR Infra has stated that the project is targeting IGBC Gold pre-certification, with sustainability features incorporated through landscape planning and energy-conscious design elements. A supermarket and utility space are also planned within the development to support daily needs.
The location offers road connectivity to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, approximately 20 minutes away, and is within commuting distance of employment zones such as Hardware Park, Fab City, and the upcoming Pharma City. The area is also close to healthcare facilities and is part of a broader growth corridor in South Hyderabad, where infrastructure and industrial development are driving residential demand.
Commenting on the project, Karteesh Reddy M, CEO of GHR Infra, said the development is intended to address demand for villa living with access to key urban infrastructure. Managing Director V. Shyam Sunder Reddy noted that South Hyderabad has seen increasing interest in low-density housing, supported by infrastructure expansion and proximity to employment hubs.
