A 12-storey office building in Miami, designed by British architecture studio Foster + Partners, has topped out. Located at 3050 Aventura Boulevard, the 210-foot-tall structure features a unique geometric design with interlocking prisms.
The building’s facade is clad in metallic trim and louvres, with a glazed exterior constructed using steel and anodised aluminium. The interior spaces will feature warmer natural materials such as timber and limestone.
“We are delighted to see this landmark project reaching such a significant milestone,” said Grant Brooker, Head of studio, Foster + Partners. “3050 Aventura Boulevard will make a unique contribution to Miami’s cityscape and sets a new benchmark for high-quality workspace in the city, with its extremely generous floor-to-ceiling heights and outstanding views.”
The building’s design includes an 11-metre-tall lobby, an executive level with client meeting rooms, and a rooftop terrace with additional public spaces. Foster + Partners is serving as design architect, while ODP Architects is the architect of record.
