Global experience-design firm FORREC has partnered with architect Neelabh Kapoor, Principal of Studio Neelabh, to expand its presence in India’s experiential real estate and destination development sector. Neelabh will serve as Consulting Regional Director for India, leveraging his market expertise and network to drive FORREC’s growth.
The partnership combines FORREC’s global expertise in experience-led design with Kapoor’s understanding of the Indian market, focusing on theme parks, immersive attractions, mixed-use developments, luxury hospitality, and large-scale landscape projects.
