Singapore-based FDI-funded real estate developer Experion Developers has announced the launch of Phase 2 of its luxury residential township, Experion Virsa, located on the Grand Trunk Road in Amritsar.
Following the strong response to Phase 1, the launch underscores the brand’s growing commitment to Punjab’s real estate market. With Phase 2, Experion’s total investment in Experion Virsa will exceed INR 250 crore, reinforcing its long-term vision for the region.
Speaking on the announcement, B.K. Malagi, Vice Chairman, Experion Developers, said, “Experion Virsa is our tribute to Punjab’s vibrant spirit. As we enter the next phase, our goal is to create a community that blends cultural heritage with contemporary living.”
Spread across 93 acres, Experion Virsa is among Punjab’s most thoughtfully designed townships, featuring architecture inspired by the state’s cultural identity. The project’s design integrates Punjab’s symbolic five rivers—Beas, Chenab, Jhelum, Ravi, and Satluj—into five themed chowks, fostering community engagement and cultural connection.
