TRU Realty has unveiled Spectrum Life, a premium residential project in SantaCruz with an investment of INR110 crore. Developed in collaboration with infrastructure and hospitality major Shrem Group, the half-acre freehold project comprises two towers housing 50 units, featuring Mumbai’s largest residential pool, a 1,600 sq. ft. gym, a 2,000+ sq. ft. multipurpose hall, and a 5,000+ sq. ft. sky garden.
Located on Relief Road, Spectrum Life offers seamless connectivity to the upcoming Bandra-Versova Sea Link, Nariman Point, and North Mumbai. Residences start at INR 2.92 crore, with 2, 3, and 4 BHK options catering to executives, professionals, and young achievers.
Sujay Kalele, CEO, TRU Realty, said, “Spectrum Life is designed as a statement of lifestyle and ambition, combining premium living with connectivity and community.” The project is expected to generate revenue exceeding INR200 crore by 2030, with possession slated for 2028.
The launch coincides with Maharashtra’s premium housing growth, where the segment’s share rose from 43% in 2022 to 59% in 2025, and nearly 96% of Mumbai’s sales concentrated in the INR1–5 crore range, according to JLL and NAREDCO data.
