AFW, Singapore, has completed Embassy Zenith, a 70-meter commercial tower in Bangalore, Karnataka, that redefines the standard for Grade A workplaces in India. The 13-storey tower is designed to maximize usable space, ensure good daylight, and offer flexible tenant layouts, while its unique design has already secured a 10-year lease with Apple.
The tower’s design is characterized by a rotated upper volume, creating active terraces and relief spaces, and five-meter radiused corners that resolve the building into a smooth, continuous mass. The faรงade features a single, high-performance curtain wall module that repeats across the entire elevation, providing expansive views and subtle shielding from direct sun.
The building’s digital-first entry experience is centered on a virtual reception kiosk, handling access control, visitor processing, and communication. Landscaped spaces, including a rooftop garden and community garden, support workplace wellbeing and create a sense of calm in the city.
Embassy Zenith demonstrates how disciplined design can transform a highly constrained site into a refined, future-ready workplace. Its unified silhouette, fluid corners, and high-performance faรงade make it one of Bangalore’s most distinctive commercial towers.
