Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians, a leading provider of home services in Ohio, has launched Eco University, a new training program aimed at addressing the industry’s severe shortage of qualified professionals.
The program, which offers training in plumbing, HVAC, and soon, electrical certification, is designed to provide a more efficient path to certification for individuals seeking steady work in the trades.
“To me, the name ‘Eco’ represents finding innovative solutions to what customers need,” said Aaron Gaynor, CEO of Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians. “We’re committed to giving back to the community and providing opportunities for people to build successful careers in the trades.”
Eco University is part of the company’s broader mission to “build great tradespeople, advance their lives, and win big doing it,” said Gaynor. “We’re excited to be expanding our services and investing in the next generation of trades professionals.”
The company, which has over 400 employees and the largest fleet of service trucks in Ohio, has a strong track record of community involvement, including partnerships with Nationwide Children’s Hospital, food banks, and Toys for Tots.
