A newly launched US company, Circdal, is creating modern architectural systems through advanced 3D printing techniques, engineered for fully circular design. Operating out of Chesterfield, Missouri, Circdal transforms digital design files directly into ready‑for‑use wall and surface panels with a contemporary aesthetic and a sustainable spirit. The firm uses rPETG WF—a blend of 97% recycled PETG plastic and reclaimed wood fibers—pelletized in‑house by its parent company, Printerior. This compound provides the strength and precision necessary for circular reuse, which is the new company’s signature. Each design is translated from CAD into reality using large‑format robotic 3D printing, ensuring accuracy, design freedom, and eliminating the need for molds and waste.
Circdal claims that every product is 100% recyclable and can be reclaimed, reprocessed, and reprinted as part of its circular design service.
