Bengaluru-based real estate developer Century Real Estate has announced a new mixed-use development project in East Bengaluru, valued at ₹3,000 crore. The project spans 14 acres in Marathahalli, off the Outer Ring Road (ORR), and features 1.7 million square feet of premium residential development, including 750 apartments, along with 0.5 million square feet of commercial and retail space.
The development is designed to offer a seamless blend of lifestyle, work, and leisure, with contemporary architecture by international design firm Belt Collins. The project is expected to benefit from its strategic location along the ORR corridor, with exceptional connectivity via ORR and upcoming metro.
