Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project in Kompally, Hyderabad, with an estimated revenue potential of โน850 crore.
Spread across 5.6 acres, the proposed development will strengthen the companyโs growing residential footprint in North Hyderabad, a region witnessing increasing demand for modern and sustainable housing communities.
The project is planned as a premium residential development featuring contemporary living spaces, architectural design, and lifestyle amenities aimed at catering to evolving urban homebuyer preferences.
Commenting on the expansion, Amar Mysore said Hyderabad continues to remain a key growth market for the company, supported by the cityโs strong technology ecosystem, infrastructure development, and economic momentum.
He added that Brigadeโs strategy remains focused on acquiring strategically located land parcels aligned with the companyโs long-term governance and development principles.
Brigade Enterprises Limited entered the Hyderabad market with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills and subsequently expanded through projects including Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar, Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, Brigade Enclave, and Brigade Manor.
The latest development follows Brigadeโs recently announced four-acre project in Neopolis, which is currently in an advanced design stage.
The company said it plans to invest nearly โน5,000 crore across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail developments in Hyderabad over the next three to four years, reflecting its continued expansion strategy in Telanganaโs high-growth realestateย market.
