Melike Altınışık Architects (MAA) has unveiled the design for Swissôtel & Raffle Residences Sea Breeze, a luxurious hospitality and residential development in Baku, Azerbaijan. This 13-storey project features 150 hotel rooms and 458 branded residences, offering premium coastal living with direct access to a private beach, signature restaurants, and curated amenities.
The architectural design, inspired by the movement of waves and Sea Breeze, boasts a rhythmic façade with layered surfaces and fluid geometries, maximizing natural daylight and panoramic sea views. The building’s design strengthens the connection between the structure, the promenade, and the waterfront, contributing to a strong relationship between architecture and its coastal setting.
The project aligns with Sea Breeze’s vision as a year-round destination for living, leisure, and international hospitality, setting a new benchmark for seaside living in Baku. Swissôtel Sea Breeze reflects Swissôtel’s global identity of comfort, elegance, and well-being, reinterpreted through MAA’s contemporary design approach.
