Asian Granito India Limited (AGL) has reported an improvement in operational and financial performance for Q4 and FY25. The company achieved a consolidated net profit of Rs. 20.24 crore in FY25, compared to a net loss of Rs. 20.15 crore in FY24. Consolidated net sales grew 1.8% to Rs. 1,558.52 crore in FY25 according to a press release.
Key Highlights:
– Q4 FY25 Results: Net sales increased 11.3% to Rs. 471.62 crore, EBITDA rose 46.8% to Rs. 29.19 crore, and net profit stood at Rs. 16.36 crore.
– FY25 Results: EBITDA increased 48.5% to Rs. 75.72 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 4.90%. Exports grew 19% to Rs. 291 crore, comprising 19% of revenue.
– Strategic Initiatives: AGL incorporated two subsidiaries, AGL SURFACES TRADING L.L.C and PT AGL SURFACES INDONESIA, to strengthen its global presence. The company also appointed Ranbir Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor as brand ambassadors.
Financial Performance:
– Consolidated Net Profit: Rs. 20.24 crore in FY25, compared to a net loss of Rs. 20.15 crore in FY24.
– EBITDA: Rs. 75.72 crore in FY25, with an EBITDA margin of 4.90%.
