Ashiana Housing Ltd. has announced the launch of Ashiana Amaya, a premium residential project located in Dobo (New Jamshedpur). Spread across 3.86 acres with a saleable area of approximately 4.64 lakh sq. ft., the project marks a major milestone for Ashiana in the Jamshedpur market.
Developed under a joint venture model, Ashiana Amaya is expected to generate a sales realisation of around INR 350 crore or more. The entire development is being launched in a single phase, with Expressions of Interest (EOIs) opening in mid-November 2025, and completion targeted for December 2029. Funding will be through a mix of self-financing and customer advances. The project is primarily designed for end-users (around 80%), with the remaining 20% expected from investors.
