The Senator Group India , subsidiary of the UK headquartered’ The Senator Group’ has announced that its ‘ Aura Lounge’ soft seating collection by Allermuir ( a brand of The Senator Group) , designed by renowned French Designer Patrick Norguet and launched in India in December 2025, has been named the winner of the 2026 HiP Award in the ‘ Hospitality: Lounge Seating’ category.
The recognition was announced at NeoCon in Chicago, where the HiP (Honoring Industry People & Products) Awards highlighted leading innovations in commercial interior design. Now in its 13th edition, the awards spotlight products shaping global workplace, hospitality and public-space environments.
Launched in India in December 2025 under the Allermuir brand, Aura Loungeย has been recognised for its sculptural design language, modular flexibility and hospitality-ready comfort furniture, positioning it as a premium solution for evolving lounge and social spaces across hotels, corporate environments and mixed-use developments.
The jury highlighted the productโs adaptability across varied interior contexts, including hotel lobbies, reception lounges, cafรฉs, breakout zones and premium workplace environments, where demand is increasing for flexible seating systems that combine aesthetics with functional performance.
Designed as a modular system, Aura Lounge allows multiple configurations through convex, concave and linear units, enabling designers to create spatial layouts tailored to hospitality and commercial interiors. The collection emphasises soft geometry and fluid form, aligning with the growing โquiet luxuryโ design direction in premium interiors.
